Questions? We got you
Everything you need to know about our toys, the Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal, delivery and returns.
How does Buy 2 Get 1 Free work?
Add any three toys from The Funny Lineup to your cart and the cheapest one is free. The discount applies automatically at checkout, so there's no code to remember. Add six and you get two free, and so on.
How long does delivery take?
Every order ships with tracking. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Are the toys safe for my dog?
Our toys are made for fun, supervised play. Pick a size that suits your dog, always supervise playtime, and swap a toy out once it's well loved and starting to tear. Props like the Goofy Grin Dog Teeth are for quick photo ops only, not for chewing.
Do the toys squeak?
Most of them do. Each product page lists whether the toy has a squeaker or makes another sound.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Get in touch and we'll sort it out. You can read the full details in our refund policy.
How do I contact you?
